What is Voice Dialogue?

In the late 1970's, Drs. Hal & Sidra Stone developed a process for tuning in to these voices and allowing the different parts of us, or “selves”, to be heard more clearly. It’s called Voice Dialogue and provides an effective and practical tool to help you handle all kinds of relationship issues - with loved ones, colleagues, clients and, most importantly, with yourselves.
