Meet Your Inner Critic
“We live in a world that is filled with judgement and criticism.... where negative energy is unbelievably powerful. We need a way to understand this negativity and what it is about and how to work with it.”
Dr Hal Stone

It is often a key factor in dysfunctional or abusive relationships.
